• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the platform's methodology

All AI-generated outputs, readiness scores, and insights produced by our platform and consultants are:

• Informational and advisory in nature only
• Not legal, financial, regulatory, or professional advice
• Based on the data and information provided by the user — accuracy of outputs depends on accuracy of inputs
• Subject to the inherent limitations of AI-assisted analysis
• Intended to support, not replace, human judgement and decision-making

Users remain solely responsible for all decisions and actions taken based on platform outputs or advisory services.

With respect to data submitted through our platform and services:

• Users and their organisations retain ownership of all data they submit
• GEN3BLOCK Limited retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated, and non-identifiable insights derived from platform usage for benchmarking and service improvement
• No individual organisation will be identified in any aggregated or published data
